ENGRAVING: Every product we offer includes up to 3 lines of engraving for free. Each addition line of engraving is $0.50 per line. *Note, most trophies can only hold 3-4 lines of engraving because of the size. However, most plaques and other awards can hold more. If you have any questions on a specific item, please contact us.
LOGOS / ARTWORK: We can engrave your custom logo or artwork on your awards. Please supply us with the best detailed artwork you have. Perferably in black/white camera ready. There is a one-time $25 logo setup fee to digitize you logo. A logo counts as 1 line of engraving. *Note, most trophies do not have the space required to engrave a logo. TURN AROUND TIME: We try our best to carry all the products in stock so that they can ship out to you ASAP. However, because of the huge selection we may not always have your product in stock and may need to get from our warehouses. Normal turn around on all of our products is 3-5 days (plus shipping time). If for any reason an order will take longer than the normal turn around time, we will notify you immediately.
SHIPPING: We ship via UPS ground. If you have any special requests, please contact us.
PAYMENTS: Currently, we are only accepting payments via Paypal through our website or by cash/check in person. Credit cards will be accepted directly through our website soon.
